In which parts of India do you provide your services?
Currently, we provide our catering services in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. However, we hope to grow and extend our business to other parts of the country as well, especially all the tier-1 and tier-2 cities.
Is there an upper or lower limit to the number of guests you can serve?
Currently, the minimum number of guests you can order for is 10, and that of maximum is 50. We'll increase the upper limit as we expand.
What kind of events do you cater for?
We provide catering for small events like birthday parties, small and intimate weddings, corporate meetings, and so on.
How many hours does it take to get the food delivered?
The food preparation hours are different for all the service providers, depending upon the menu and number of persons. While you place the order, you exactly get to know how much time your caterer will need to fulfill your order.
What if my order is not delivered on time?
We try our best to deliver the order at the preferred time but to err is human! Our sole intention with CaterFiller is to provide you with the best ordering experience on your special occasions.
Is culinary included with the order?
We try to provide the most basic culinary to enhance your post-occasion experience by not spending time on discarding the waste.
Do you take back the leftover food?
We currently don't have a mechanism in place for this one right now (we plan to have that in near future) but for now Robinhood Army can help you feed numerous destitute which is our support to a good social cause.
Can I track my order live?
Yes, you can track your order status on real time basis in your order management page, while the live delivery tracking is for time being not available. But, be rest assured, we will try to deliver your order before time for a great customer delight experience.
How do I report a complaint against any order?
You can reach out to us through our chat or contact us section and share the details (Name, Contact Details and Order Number), and our team will get back to you in 2 business day to resolve your queries.
How do I get the refund if my order is cancelled or not fulfilled?
As the order has been prepared specially for you, Caterer won't be able to send refund, unless the food has not been delivered within the given time frame. In that case, your refund will be initiated in 2 business days and shall reflect in your mode of payment in 7 to 10 business days or one credit card cycle.
Do you provide different catering packages?
Yes. On the website different caterers offer different food packages from which you can select the one best-suited for your event. These packages are provided by the different restaurants and catering brands we work with.
What kind of packages do you offer?
We offer per person packages as well as fix meal boxes.
How can I be assured of hygiene and safety in your service?
We (Caterers while making food and CaterFiller while delivering it) adhere to all safety measures and hygiene guidelines in order to ensure purity and quality in our services.
Can I add my own choice of dishes apart from the menu being provided by the caterer?
You can order any specific add-ons apart from the package being offered by the caterer or restaurant provided they serve the specified add-ons on their menu. You can also create your own menu by selecting your preferred dishes in case you do not find a desired package.
Are special offers and discounts available?
Yes, we do provide the occasional special offers, discounts and coupon codes to our customers. Make sure to sign-up and register to our website so that you are in the know of such opportunities.
Do you provide special services for different dietary needs or demands?
We absolutely would respect your desires and demands concerning your food orders. We offer a selection of vegetarian, non-vegetarian and even vegan dishes. You can also mention your preferences while ordering.
What are the available payment methods?
You can pay via UPI, Net Banking or a Debit or Credit Card.
Is pay on delivery (COD) option available?
Pay on delivery is not available as of yet. However, we wish to offer a provision of 50% pre-payment and the rest on delivery in near future.
What do I do if something is wrong with the food that I ordered?
If, in any unfortunate circumstances, you find something wrong with your order, you can connect with us via chat or the ‘contact us’ section on our website, and share the details and our team will get back to you for redress your grievances.
Does Caterfiller provide for special instructions regarding orders?
Yes, we do provide for special instructions regarding our orders based on the availability of means with our catering partners.
Do you accept orders on call?
Currently, we accept orders only through the online medium on our website. You can check packages or create your own menu for custom quote.
Can I change or edit an already placed order?
You cannot change order but you can surely cancel your order before the order status goes to "Preparing".
How are we different then other catering brands?
We are here to redefine the online catering services. We provide the best offers at the best prices to enhance your intimate as well as elaborate events. We also provide venues and buffet services based on the availabilities with the catering partners.
What precautions do you take during COVID19?
We adhere to all precautionary measures associated with COVID19 like constant sanitization of workspaces, compulsory masking of staff and regular temperature checks, etc.
How far in advance should I place my order?
There is no upper limit but you cannot place order before the minimum preparation time mentioned by a Caterers for a respective package.
What cuisines do you specialize in?
We have Food Partners who are specified in different cuisines, ranging from Punjabi, to Gujarati and Bengali. We also specialise in globally popular cuisines like Chinese and Italian.
How do I confirm that my ordered will be delivered on time?
Once you place your order, it will go to Caterer to Accept the order. If the Caterer accepts your order you will get an email. Food preparation begins only after your order has been approved and accepted by the caterer.
